Rooms were well laid out, spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathrooms well stocked, clean and the showers were hot and abundant. The hotel itself was unique, architecturally stunning and in an excellent location. The cafe downstairs did a very good coffee and breakfast was delicious. Really appreciated the hotels efforts towards sustainability and the use of environmentally friendly service and products.

We loved the design, architecture and atmosphere of the Ovolo, very funky. The staff were exceptional in providing friendly, helpful and accurate service during our stay. The food was creative, not fine dining and very tasty. It was our 46th Wedding Anniversary. When arriving in our room, a Happy Anniversary platter of beautiful little cakes and chocolates had been provided for us to enjoy.

I recently spent a Saturday night at Ovolo Nishi hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was seamless and friendly. Highly recommend Ovolo Nishi for its outstanding hospitality, comfort, and value. I'll definitely be back!

The interior design of the hotel is worth the price of admission alone. Really enjoyed the ambience however there were a number of disappointments. Asked at reception if we need to book for the Restaurant and they said "no. It's a week day so just walk in.." .... it was full. No problem...we went to the Parlour which was great! Hotel Nishi parking was full.. mmmm is it ever empty for guests...felt like a the usual Hotel rip off... Vegetarian every meal??? Nice to know when booking for the 95% of us that eat meat.

It was the best experience from the moment I walked through the doors. You walk through the most comfy inviting bar/cafe area to get to the reception desk. Check in was very smooth with free sparkling wine on arrival and a complimentary lolly bar. The room was amazing with a free mini bar and other free facilities you can order to your room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, and the bathroom, bed, lighting and ambience was curated perfectly. Although the room I had was small, I felt so totally at home but also luxuriously pampered!

Room was large enough, well laid out. Enough hanging room and a place to put your suitcase. Alexa didn't work really well but still an interesting addition. Shower was great, nice and big. Loved the remote blinds and the subdued lighting.

Lovely clean modern hotel a short walk into central ANU. The bar area is great for evening drinks or a morning coffee catch up with friends. The vegetarian breakfast spread is nice - the first morning the scrambled eggs weren’t replenished and dry but the next morning were great.

Lovely room. Unique repurposed wooden floors and walls and concrete details in different parts of the hotel. A very different look to the architecture. All staff friendly and helpful.

Loved the feel and design of the hotel, it was designed and built for sustainability and even though it is about 15 years old it looks new. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The restaurant was fabulous, great menu and not expensive. The Palace Cinema is part of the hotel complex, as is an independent hairdressing salon. We would definitely stay there again.
